Deposit & Cancellation


Standard Reservations:

  • First night deposit is required for all reservations
  • Up to 50% of your reservation can be charged 14 days prior to your arrival.
  • If you need to cancel your reservation, you may do so 14 days prior to your arrival without a cancellation fee. Within 14 days of your arrival, a fee of 50% of the entire reservation will be charged.  Within 24 hours prior to check-in, the entire reservation will be charged.
Holiday/Peak Reservations:
  • First night deposit is required for all reservations
  • Up to 50% of your reservation can be charged 14 days prior to your arrival.
  • If you need to cancel your reservation, a 30% administrative fee of your total reservation will be charged.  Cancellations within 14 days of your arrival – a fee of 50% of your entire reservation will be charged.  Within 24 hours prior to check-in, the entire reservation will be charged.
2018 Peak Times:
          2/16/2018 – 2/26/2018 (Winter Break)
          11/22/2018 – 11/26/2018 Audi FIS World Cup
          12/21/2018 – 1/2/2019 (Christmas/NYE)
2019 Peak Times:
1/18/2019 – 1/21/2019 (MLK)
2/15/2019 – 2/24/2019 (Winter Break)
12/21/2019 – 1/2/2020 (Christmas/NYE)
Group Reservations:
  • All group bookings are subject to individual terms.
The Loft & The Barn Apartment Reservations:
  • First night deposit is required for all reservations
  • 50% of your total reservation will be processed 30 days prior to your arrival.  The remaining balance will be processed 14 days prior to your arrival.
  • If you need to cancel your reservation, a 30% administrative fee of your total reservation will be charged.   Cancelations within 30 days of your arrival – a fee of 50% of the entire reservation will be charged.  Within 14 days of your arrival, the entire reservation will be charged.
Payment Options:
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard & American Express.
  • We accept Bed & Breakfast Gift Cards for direct bookings over the phone with us, our website or bedandbreakfast.com only
  • We do offer a discounted rate for Veterans, Active Military, LEOs and Firemen for direct bookings over phone with us or on our website only.  Proper ID is required and  discount is applied at check-in.
  • We do NOT offer discounted room rates for participation or employment in organizations such as AAA, AARP, government employees, etc.
Additional Policy Information:

  • The above policies apply to reservations made on our website or directly over the phone with us.  Please note we are strict in our policies and do not make exceptions regardless of situation (weather, personal emergencies or schedule changes).  In addition, we do not allow shifting a reservation in lieu of canceling.
  • Reservations made through 3rd party websites are subject to their policies.  All changes and cancellations must be done by contacting those websites directly (Expedia, Booking.com, etc).
  • Maximum room occupancies are based on fire code/fire safety restrictions.  Room occupancy is defined in the reservation when booking.  If you exceed the maximum number of guests allowed, you will be required to rent another guest room (if available) for proper accommodations or vacate the property without refund.
