Deposit & Cancellation


Standard Reservations:

  • First night deposit is required for all reservations
  • Up to 50% of your reservation can be charged 7 days prior to your arrival.
  • If you need to cancel your reservation, you may do so 7 days prior to your arrival without a cancellation fee. Within 7 days of your arrival, a fee of 50% of the entire reservation will be charged.
Winter Holiday/Peak Reservations:
  • First night deposit is required for all reservations
  • Up to 50% of your reservation can be charged 14 days prior to your arrival.
  • If you need to cancel your reservation, a 20% administrative fee of your total reservation will be charged.  Cancellations within 14 days of your arrival – a fee of 50% of your entire reservation will be charged.
2017 Peak Times:
2/17/2017 – 2/27/2017 (Winter Break)
12/22/2017 – 1/2/2018 (Christmas/NYE)
2018 Peak Times:
1/12/2018 – 1/16/2018 (MLK)
2/16/2018 – 2/26/2018 (Winter Break)
12/21/2018 – 1/2/2019 (Christmas/NYE)
Group Reservations:
  • All group bookings are subject to individual terms.
The Loft & The Barn Apartment Reservations:
  • First night deposit is required for all reservations
  • 50% of your total reservation will be processed 30 days prior to your arrival.  The remaining balance will be processed 14 days prior to your arrival.
  • If you need to cancel your reservation, a 20% administrative fee of your total reservation will be charged.   Cancelations within 30 days of your arrival – a fee of 50% of the entire reservation will be charged.  Within 14 days of your arrival, the entire reservation will be charged.

  • We accept Bed & Breakfast Gift Cards for direct bookings on the phone, our website or bedandbreakfast.com only
