THE GUESTHOUSE (sleeps up to 22)
The Guesthouse is a 9 Bedroom, 4 bathroom, 2 kitchen & extra large living room private house.
The Guesthouse is 2 separate apartment units located in the same building . The Barn is 4 bedrooms; The Loft is 5 bedrooms. The Barn has a large living room for guests of both units to use. The 2 apartments are the only units located in the Guesthouse. Your group has
private access to that entire building.
During ski season, the Guesthouse guests will NOT have access to the Main Inn spaces or amenities, including breakfast. The guesthouse is rented strictly as a standalone private house. Weddings and full property buyout (Main Inn + Guesthouse) are subject to the terms of their individual contracts.
The Guesthouse is either offered as both apartments for a single booking or each apartment can be booked individually, depending on time of year. The maximum occupancy for the Guesthouse is 22 guests. Individual details of The Barn & Loft apartments can be found below.

The Barn (sleeps 12)
The Barn is a two-story private apartment in a separate building behind the main inn. Fully remodeled with space for 12 people, this apartment features four bedrooms and two shared bathrooms: 1 master bedroom with one queen-size bed, a walk-in closet; a 2nd bedroom with a queen bed; 1 bedroom with a full-size bed and twin bunk beds; 1 bedroom with two sets of built-in twin bunk beds. There are two bathrooms, one located on each floor.
The apartment has two private exterior entrances. The extra-large living room has plenty of comfortable seating, a flatscreen TV and a pool table. The full kitchen features granite countertops, beautiful cabinetry and a 2 dining areas with farm table seating. Amenities include air-conditioning, WiFi, hair dryers, full-length mirrors, and a generous supply of white fluffy towels.

The Loft, an upper level apartment, offers a private entrance, 5 queen bedrooms, 2 full shared baths, a full kitchen plus small dining area, and storage space for skis, golf clubs or other sporting equipment. The Loft sleeps 5 to 10 people and is perfect for a group or family. Amenities include WiFi, air-conditioning, hair dryer, full-length mirrors, and a generous supply of white fluffy towels.
