Peak Times:
- 12/25/2024 - 1/1/2025 (Christmas/New Year's Eve)
- 1/17/2025 - 1/20/2025 (MLK)
- 2/14/2025 - 2/23/2025 (President's Day / Winter Break)
Main Inn Reservations (non-Peak times):
- 50% or 1 night deposit is required for all reservations (larger amount)
- Full amount deposit if reservation is made within 7 days of check-in
- If you need to cancel your reservation, you may do so 14 days prior to your arrival without a cancellation fee. Within 14 days of your arrival, a cancellation fee of 50% of the entire reservation will be charged. Within 24 hours prior to check-in, a cancellation fee equal to the entire reservation will be charged.
Peak Time Reservations:
- 50% or 1 night deposit is required for all reservations (larger amount);
- Full amount deposit if reservation is made within 7 days of check-in.
- The remaining balance will be processed 7 days prior to your arrival.
- If you need to cancel your reservation, a 50% cancellation fee of your total reservation will be charged. Cancellations within 7 days of your arrival, a cancellation fee of 100% of your entire reservation will be charged.
The Loft, The Barn and Guesthouse Reservations (All Dates):
- 50% deposit is required for all reservations (Full amount within 30 days of check-in).
- The remaining balance will be processed 30 days prior to your arrival.
- If you need to cancel your reservation, a 50% cancellation fee of your total reservation will be charged (outside of 30 days). Cancellations within 30 days of your arrival, a cancellation fee of 100% of the entire reservation will be charged.
Group Reservations:
- All group and private event bookings are subject to individual terms.
Payment Options:
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
- We do NOT offer discounted room rates for participation or employment in organizations such as AAA, AARP, government employees, etc.
- We do offer a discounted rate for Veterans, Active Military, LEOs and Firemen for direct bookings over phone with us or on our website only. Proper ID is required and discount is applied at check-in. Weddings and group bookings are excluded.
Additional Policy Information:
- The above policies apply to reservations made on our website or directly over the phone with us. Please note we are strict in our policies and do not make exceptions regardless of situation (weather, Covid or other medical issues, personal emergencies or schedule changes). In addition, we do NOT allow shifting a reservation in lieu of canceling.
- Maximum room occupancies are based on fire code/fire safety restrictions. Room occupancy is defined in the reservation when booking. If you exceed the maximum number of guests allowed, you will be required to rent another guest room (if available) for proper accommodations or vacate the property without refund. We do NOT allow the use of air-mattresses or sleeping bags on the floor for additional guests.
- Reservations made through third party websites are subject to their policies. All changes and cancellations must be done by contacting those websites directly (Expedia, Booking.com, etc).
- Check-In time is 4:00pm. We will do our best to accommodate early check-ins based on availability. Please call us a day prior to your reservation if you would like an early check-in.
- Check-Out time is 11am. Late Check-Outs up until 5pm are available for a nominal fee (when available).
- Quiet Hours are from 10pm to 7am. Please be respectful to everyone on property and keep noise to a respectful, low level during these hours.
- We do NOT allow pets on our property or staying in a vehicle. You will be required to leave without refund (no exceptions). Service dogs are welcome per ADA guidelines only.
- Smoking & Vaping is allowed outside in designated areas only. We are non-smoking inside all of our buildings. Vaping is NOT allowed inside of the building. It has set off our fire alarm multiple times causing the building to be emptied and fire department called onsite.
- We are BYOB for alcohol in both your room and in our common spaces for non-wedding events. We host a wide range of guests; from younger couples & singles to families. Please be cognizant of yourself. If excessive drinking leads to rude, unsafe or damaging behavior, guests will be required to leave the property immediately without refund.
