Deposit & Cancellation Policies

​Main Inn Reservations:
  • 50% or 1 night deposit is required for all reservations (larger amount)
  • Full amount deposit within 7 days of check-in
  • If you need to cancel your reservation, you may do so 14 days prior to your arrival without a cancellation fee. Within 14 days of your arrival, a cancellation fee of 50% of the entire reservation will be charged.  Within 24 hours prior to check-in, a cancellation fee equal to the entire reservation will be charged.

Peak Time Reservations:
  • 50% or 1 night deposit is required for all reservations (larger amount); 
  • Full amount deposit within 7 days of check-in.
  • The remaining balance will be processed 7 days prior to your arrival.
  • If you need to cancel your reservation, a 50% cancellation fee of your total reservation will be charged.  Cancellations within 7 days of your arrival, a cancellation fee of 100% of your entire reservation will be charged.

The Loft, The Barn and Guesthouse Reservations (All Dates):
  • 50% deposit is required for all reservations (Full amount within 30 days of check-in).
  • The remaining balance will be processed 30 days prior to your arrival.
  • If you need to cancel your reservation, a 50% cancellation fee of your total reservation will be charged (outside of 30 days).  Cancellations within 30 days of your arrival, a cancellation fee of 100% of the entire reservation will be charged.

  • 12/24/2020 - 1/3/2021  (Christmas/New Year's Eve)​
  • 1/15/2021 - 1/18/2021  (MLK)
  • 2/12/2021 - 2/21/2021  (President's Day / Winter Break)
  • 12/24/2021 - 1/2/2022  (Christmas/New Year's Eve)

Group Reservations:
  • All group and private event bookings are subject to individual terms.

Payment Options:
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
  • We do offer a discounted rate for Veterans, Active Military, LEOs and Firemen for direct bookings over phone with us or on our website only.  Proper ID is required and  discount is applied at check-in. Weddings and group bookings are excluded.
  • We do NOT offer discounted room rates for participation or employment in organizations such as AAA, AARP, government employees, etc.

Additional Policy Information:
  • The above policies apply to reservations made on our website or directly over the phone with us.  Please note we are strict in our policies and do not make exceptions regardless of situation (weather, personal emergencies or schedule changes).  In addition, we do not allow shifting a reservation in lieu of canceling.
  • Reservations made through third party websites are subject to their policies.  All changes and cancellations must be done by contacting those websites directly (Expedia, Booking.com, etc).
  • A limited number of rollaways are available to add to specific rooms that can physically accommodate them. The additional guest cost is $55 per night (+ tax).  Please call us directly, prior to booking, to see if your room choice can accommodate a rollaway.  Due to fire code, we cannot allow the use of air-mattresses for additional guests; only rollaways provided by us. 
  • Maximum room occupancies are based on fire code/fire safety restrictions.  Room occupancy is defined in the reservation when booking.  If you exceed the maximum number of guests allowed, you will be required to rent another guest room (if available) for proper accommodations or vacate the property without refund.
  • Check-In time is 4:00pm.  We will do our best to accommodate early check-ins based on availability.  Please call us a day prior to your reservation if you would like an early check-in.
  • Check-Out time is 11am.  Late Check-Outs up until 5pm are available for a nominal fee (when available).​
  • Quiet Hours are from 10pm to 7am. Please be respectful to everyone on property and keep noise to a respectful, low level during these hours. 
  • We do love all pets; we actually have friends whose pets we like more than them. Unfortunately, though, we do not allow pets on our property or staying in a vehicle.  You will be required to leave without refund (no exceptions).  Service dogs are welcome per ADA guidelines only.
  • ​​Smoking is allowed outside in designated areas only.  We are non-smoking inside all of our buildings.
  • We are BYOB for alcohol in both your room and in our common spaces for non-wedding events.  We host a wide range of guests; from younger couples & singles to families.  Please be cognizant of yourself.  If excessive drinking leads to rude, unsafe or damaging behavior, guests will be required to leave the property immediately without refund.
