A common question we're always asked is...
"How can we make our event unique?"
A great way is to get everyone involved in a project. For this event, family and friends spent Friday afternoon building a beautiful Chuppah. Saturday morning they gathered wild flowers at a nearby meadow and decorated it. Mom handcrafted a quilt previous to the weekend to top it off!
What a gorgeous day for Melissa and Stephen’s wedding, love was definitely in the air!

"I wanted my wedding weekend to be all about family; a pause in the every day craziness of life; a time for everyone to be able to appreciate the ones they love. After it was all over and we headed home, I reflected back on our days at the Inn and felt very grateful for the entire weekend and I would do every moment exactly the same. A very heartfelt thank you to the Josh, Ann, Brex, Quinn and the Trailside Inn. You are truly the best!!" - Melissa & Stephen
When couples ask us for suggestions on making their day unique or special, we always tell them BE YOU. Stella and Rob's details exemplify this perfectly! Their wedding was so special and so unique because they tailored it to who they are. Guests were able to start their day with a little electrolyte boost, could ink up with temporary tattoos, sign their guestbook with a beautiful antique typewriter and even take home a little love in the form of a custom bracelet made just for their event.

Summertime is in full swing and everything is in bloom!
Check out this awesome drone photo by our friend at Eric Gove Photography! It was shot at an altitude of 131' feet and looks pretty amazing from up there. The inn is nestled perfectly, all cozy-like, in between the Green Mountains and it's calling your name. From a distance our ceremony site may not grab your attention, but as you get closer it is so easy to fall in love with this magical spot. The wooded backdrop is a dream. It is intimate. It is lovely, peaceful and serene. The sounds of the brook bring a sense of calm and the tree canopy provides shade for you and your guests. It's truly a special place for you to say "I do."

Fresh organic salad and hot wood-fired pizzas cooked onsite, YUM, YUM! Woodbelly is the perfect way to kick off your wedding weekend or corporate event.
Woodbelly is not your typical wood-fired pizza caterer. When they say "farm-to-table," they mean it. They grow, harvest, and procure the highest quality local and organic ingredients.
When it comes to pizza, they make their dough from flour freshly milled in nearby Elmore, Vermont. The Woodbelly team has been making wood-fired pizza since 2008, so with their skilled staff and large ovens, they can easily feed groups of 150 or more.
Ask us about Woodbelly and we'll help you incorporate their pizza goodness into your event!
